But to be fair, there's quite a bit of other chat in there about French villages and Paris and so on and so on. But today's guest is Janet Hulstrand or Hulstrand, as you might say,

if you had Swedish ancestry like she does.

But she's got a website you can find it on janethulstrand.com.

She is an editor, a book editor, and she edited my book, Paris on Air.

And as you were here, she lives in a village down in the sort of

champagne region of France. And when she told me she was coming back to Paris, I said, well, let's catch

up for a dinner. And when she got here, we sat down in the apartment I'm staying in. Just a heads

up, I'm still in one of those Paris Perfect apartments.
