So let me tell you a quick story that happened today. This morning, I was at breakfast with a new

friend, a new contact here in town, someone who is absurdly wealthy, someone who has made a tremendous

amount of money. And to back up just a hair, when I was a kid, I remember driving around the neighborhood with my mom.

And my mom had this phrase that she would say, we'd look at the really nice houses around town.

And she would say, Ryan, this is how the other half lives.

Don't you just want to knock on their door and find out what they do for a living?

And because of that experience, of that question of, how do these people make a lot of money?

I've become really fascinated and always was really fascinated with the question of how do people make a lot of money.

And I was sitting down at breakfast this morning, speaking with this new friend in town.

And the interesting thing about his story is that he didn't seek getting rich. He sought

passive income to out-earn his job. He still worked his full-time job, which, to be fair, made him a few hundred thousand

dollars a year. But the goal was never to quit his job. It was to have freedom to be at choice,
