1:47.0 | So that being said, today what I'm going to be talking about is I had a conversation with a coaching client of mine and she was asking me what I do when I have bad weeks and or bad days. |
2:00.0 | Or whatever they might be. And I thought about it for a second. I was like, man, I don't think I've really had bad weeks or bad days in like a long time. |
2:10.0 | I can't I cannot really remember. I think the last time that I really had like a bad day or a bad week or something was in 2010. |
2:19.0 | And the reason why is because it's come to the point now where I don't really see stuff as good or bad enough to affect my life in that type of way. |
2:30.0 | Obviously stuff happens in my life, which could be seen as bad. But what I try to do is try to look at them objectively and say, what can I learn from this situation? So when she asked me this question. |
2:42.0 | She was one of my one-on-one coaching clients. She said, what do you do when you have bad weeks? And I thought about, I was like, I don't know, I don't I don't have bad weeks. And then I was like, well, you know, if you were to think about it. |
2:53.0 | These last three weeks that I've had, and this is in the conversation with her, these last three weeks that I've had, would have probably been considered bad by most people standards. |
3:03.0 | And I was like, let me give you an idea of what the last three weeks of my life have been. Three weeks ago, my grandfather passed away, and I was there. And in the room, what had happened, which if you listen to last week's episode, you already knew that. |
