What's up, everyone? It is Brian. Today's episode is a show that I was a guest on, and it was a really

cool full circle moment for me because back in 2019, five short years ago, I was driving

in my car on the way to my corporate sales job, an hour to work and an hour from work every single

day, just like a lot of you are doing while you listen to me now. And it's so, so cool to be

able to be in this position now. I used to listen to this guy named Brandon Turner on this podcast

called Bigger Pockets. And he has since left Bigger Pockets and a lot of my favorite people have.

But while he was there, that was the freaking show. And I learned about real estate investing from the show.

And I remember riding in my car thinking how cool it was to learn about all this stuff

and to hear these investors on the podcast.

And now I released the book from passive to passionate,

how to quit your job, grow your wealth, turn your passions into profits.

And since that point, Brandon invited me on his podcast in Maui, Hawaii. So I flew out there

for a week, hung out with him at his house, at his office, with his team. We had dinner. We talked

to content. We talked to real estate. We talked to business strategy, and we filmed a wonderful, wonderful

podcast. So guys that have listened to me on shows before, this one is all over the place.

There is no format, which actually makes it wonderful. We hit on a lot of topics that I don't

normally talk about, and the cadence is different than the normal shows. So this is a really

special episode. I was very proud of

it. And I've gotten thousands and thousands of people give me really, really good feedback on it so
