The title is maybe the sexiest title I've ever had for a podcast.

Most people want to do that.

But what we're going to be talking about today, more than anything else, is we're going to be talking about your glass ceiling.

Because we all have a glass ceiling.

Where you are now is because that is the minimum of what you deem acceptable, and you've heard me say this in the past couple of weeks.

And you're hitting a glass ceiling. We're all hitting a glass ceiling.

We have to learn to level up.

We have to expand our mindset in what is acceptable to us.
