Remember the part of your life when you were like,

I'm going to make 100K in 60 days? Yes. You got there. Why did you do it? Because I needed 100K

in 60 days. I wanted to buy a house where I was living. it's like almost everybody was homeowners in that city.

And there was not a lot of good rentals. The rentals were like super whack. And so I was just like

renting kind of like a crappy apartment and I really wanted to buy a nice house for myself and my family.

I wouldn't have the backyard and all the things,

and I needed a down payment.

Like I could afford the mortgage, but I needed the down payment,

which was a hundred grand.

I found a house that I really liked.

It was a great opportunity because it wasn't finished being built

and someone was like abandoning the project,

which meant that I could get a house that was worth more for less, but I had to come up with a deposit.

I did something really crazy. You don't have to do this. Okay? Disclaimer. You don't have

to do what I did. What I did was I put the house under contract and then I knew I had 60 days

to get that deposit before closing. And so then I hustled to go make that 100K in 60 days to get that deposit before closing.

And I was highly motivated because I wanted to buy that house and I didn't want to lose it.
