I'm raising my hand because that's motherhood, right? But also a lot of other things in life. And one of the main reasons, out of the many reasons I reached out to a functional dietician is because I was not able to lose weight and I was gaining weight for no reason.

Or so I thought, right? Come to find out, like, weight gain is one of the number one symptoms of high cortisol levels.

So we're going to talk about cortisol today but other symptoms of high cortisol are
