I'm so happy that you're here, and I'm so happy to be recording.

I feel like my life has finally settled.

The dust has settled.

I'm back in routine.

I am back on the mic.

And I feel like, okay, I'm ready.

I'm ready to go.

If you guys have been listening to the podcast, you'll know it's been a little bit crazy

over here.

But like I said, I feel like everything's calming and I'm ready to like, I feel like there was like a

massive crumbling in my life where everything was like falling apart, falling away, and now there's

like a rebirth of things that are meant to be there and everything that fell away was meant to fall

away, if that makes sense. And then in the in the crumbling it can be very

scary because you want to be like like you want to hold on but it all just has to fall away

and the rebirth is essential and necessary so if anyone just went through that i'm sending you so

much love i know it's it's a freaking journey.

And that brings me to today's episode, speaking of journeys.

So tomorrow's Valentine's Day.
