And the reason I'm afraid, but I'm going to do it anyways, is because it doesn't necessarily

have to do directly with addiction, but of course, you know me.

I do think you can use it, and it can be very helpful in your specific situation.

So I'm worried that, you know, you'll be like Michelle, I listened to this podcast just

for addiction advice, but I promise you I would not include it if I didn't think I could

tie it back into something that would help you.

And the second reason is it's incredibly personal.

And this, what I'm about to share with you, you are going to have a judgment of me when

And I'm afraid that you're going to not, that you're going to negatively judge me.

But I'm 43, and I know that I need to not be so afraid of other people's judgment, and
