0:24.8	Anybody else kind of on this trend of changing what you eat?
0:28.8	Yeah, so recently I have cut out gluten and dairy from my entire diet.
0:36.5	Okay, so some people are celebrating me, other people are judging me and going,
0:41.0	you hippie, what is your problem?

0:45.6	Okay, before, hey, I'm all in on the burger
0:48.4	now without a bun and cheese, it's terrible.

0:53.0	Okay, a few years ago, I did Whole 30.
0:57.0	I did it kicking and screaming.
0:59.0	Anybody else on the Whole 30 trend?
1:00.0	Anybody out there?
1:01.0	Anybody on Whole 30 right now? We've all just said
1:06.6	screw Whole 30 it's terrible. So I tried Whole 30 I hated it and then I kind of loved it.
1:15.0	It really started to change the way I was thinking my wife was already
1:20.0	not eating gluten and dairy because of some health stuff and so it was something that I kind of enjoyed and I quickly bailed from
1:26.7	I got to 30 I ran away from it and was like this is not for me.
1:32.7	But recently now I'm back
1:34.6	because of some other things of how it's affecting
1:37.3	clarity of thought, other things like that.
1:40.4	And partially because I have been haunted my entire life
