really three things that you run into. Number one, you get bored. You don't have, it's the same food

every single day. You might need variety and if you don't have variety, it's boring. You might want

to go off the program, right? That's one reason. Number two, you might get distracted. All the,

you know, the kids, the family going out to dinner, seeing junk food in the house or out of the house,

just take a look at what is the definition of consistently. Something done the same way over a long
