Well, my last year in college,

the gentleman who maintained my apartment building was an imposing man named

Harold Stewart. He was tall, he was strong, he was quick to share his opinion, but broken

outlets, jam doors and leaking sinks were quickly resolved with one call to this Superman named Harold.

The following year, after graduating college and starting my construction company,

the first contractor that I hired to help was a man I knew could do anything and to do

everything well. So Harold joined me. He grew within the organization and eventually was

responsible not only for his work, but also ensuring the work of all the other contractors

would be done well. As much as Harold taught me about electricity or plumbing or hanging

cron molding, what he really taught me during those years was far more about life.
