Are you into bike rides last week?

We talked about working out, let's be honest.

When I say working out,

I also mean like bike rides and like going on a walk

with Chelsea, my wife, that's my idea of working out.

And again, will and do admit I had a nine minute workout

that's a no minute workout now.

But we have been doing some bike rides as a family

for those who don't know.

We've got a 16 year old son, a 14 year old son,

and an 11 year old daughter.

And so we all get on our bikes

and we try to get out there and bike a little bit.

Now this is kind of a new endeavor.

We're not like a big biking family,

not really into any of the biking gear,

but we jump on our bikes and we go.

Now something very interesting happens

during our bike rides.

And that is my two boys, 16 and 14,

always have a habit of kind of getting out in front of us.

Now they actually don't have the directions.
