God Himself gives the best reasons for obeying the commandment in verses one and two of Exodus 20.

Well, sadly at this point you won't see that going on right now in public schools.

But today on Pathway to Victory, Dr. Robert Jeffress explains how these simple rules still contain the guiding principles

for excelling in your studies and in everyday life.

Thanks David and welcome to this Tuesday edition of Pathway to Victory.

On today's program, I'll continue this brand new series on the ten commandments we began yesterday.

It's called the Ten.

In the first few books of the Old Testament, we find a long and complicated system of laws

that God gave to the Israelites.

Frankly, these laws were impossible for anyone to follow perfectly.

So why would God establish them in the first place?

And why don't all Christians follow them today?

I'm going to answer these questions and more in today's message.
