Your soul is eternal, and your worth extends beyond your circumstances. Whether you're stuck in a challenging job or dealing with complex relationships, these are opportunities for growth. Don't blame external factors; view them as opportunities for you to shine your light.

If your workplace is less than ideal, embrace it as a chance to be your best self—operate with love, forgiveness, and personal growth. Similarly, if you're surrounded by individuals who don't resonate with your frequency, consider them as opportunities for you to be a healing presence.

deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives.

So you can pick a word, it can be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency that you want.

And we're take a deep breath in and as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and

over and really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath,

visualize yourself doing something in that frequency.
