Run for first place, not for honorable mention.

But definitely give it your best effort running such a way that you will win for a move beginning of ancient grace how sweet the sound

again you can't be able the angels are singing

this is the day the day when life begins.

In any gym, there are people there who are just getting it done,

a certain number of reps, a certain duration of time and then they're done. They're out of here.

And then there are others who push themselves and they give it their all and it shows.

Well today on a new beginning

Pastor Greg Lorry points out this life is too important to muddle through.
