We, as we mentioned last week, are taking a bit of a break over our summer. I've got

a book to finish writing. We're taking a holiday and it's just a nice opportunity to take

some downtime, but we thought it was also a really good opportunity to kind of bring back some of our

either most popular or favourite or most engaging don't know, most engaging shows.

Most relevant to now.

So anyway, we've got, we've got a month's worth of Thursday shows and we've chosen some episodes

that we thought you might enjoy.

So the first one, so the first one is Jonathan Fields, the conversation that you had a little while

ago now. This is probably the most recent one actually. Jonathan wrote a book late this year,

well, probably like October, maybe. Called How to Live a Good Life. It was an absolutely

fantastic book and this is such a great conversation.

So I wanted to bring it back around.
