Now, what can we learn from Jesus?

Well, he tells us.

He says, here, learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart.

It's a gentleman humble.

Now, how in the world is that going to help me in stress?

I can think of a lot of other things I'd like to learn from Jesus for stress management besides

being gentle and humble.

Those two just don't seem to coincide with my need for stress reduction.

I'd rather learn how to have courage and stamina.

I'd rather learn how to have confidence and strength.

I'd rather learn how to have power and self-assurance.

And God says, no, no, no.
