Chicago where Jill joins us. Jill, you're on the Ken Coleman show. Hi, Ken. How are you?

Jill, I'm still living the dream. How are you? I am doing well. So a brief summary of my situation

for you today is I work in family-owned higher ed and before all the coronavirus happened,

I had kind of seen some concerns in my mind where I would be concerned about my long-term

ability to be employed. Obviously, the virus has now accelerated some of those feelings. I do have ideas

of what I want to put into it, but just wondering how to go about it the best way for my security,

their reputation of me because they have been very good to me. So just wondering the best way

to handle all this when to start having conversations on phasing out? Well, I wouldn't have any

conversations about phasing out with them until you've got a plan and ideally a landing pad.

If I'm understanding your question properly, so what is it that you want to do? What's the future?
