Welcome to the Gathering Pod, the audio version of my weekly gathering room broadcast. I'm Martha Beck.

How are you, everybody? How are the peoples? It's so good to see you. I have been having so much fun

0:16.5

and so much anguish lately, but not anguish of any kind you should worry about.

0:22.8

I'll tell you all about it.

0:24.4

So I'm writing a book about how to reduce anxiety, yes?

1:28.3

So I had stopped drawing as a responsible adult,

1:31.3

except when I wanted to put something on the wall

1:33.3

or do something for a special project.

1:35.3

But I decided I was gonna draw and paint the way I did as a kid

1:38.3

1:40.3

So I was absolutely right. I was proven right.

1:42.3

I got up every day.
