Summary

It can be very easy to go into auto-pilot during Mass. If you have been going to Mass long enough, you may not even need to think about the words you say or the actions you take. However, did you know that at Mass, God is reaching out to you in a personal way? Sr. Mary Grace, Sr. Ann Immaculée, and Sr. Marie Veritas reflect on the enormous impact that Mass can have on your life. They encourage each of us to enter more deeply into the Mass so that ultimately, we can enter into deeper friendship with the Lord.

This season of Let Love is produced in collaboration with Ascension.

Again, that's let love, one word, all caps, to 33777. Wow, I've been thinking a lot, Sister Mary Grace, about your niece and nephew because they're so cute. You think about them too? That's great. They're really so cute. They are pretty cute. Yeah, they got the cute factor going. Yeah. Your little niece is like a dolly.

1:29.5

Yeah, she is. Yeah. It's alive. It was a bit of it. It was a bit of rough transition for the family members. You know, when you go from all the moms out there, when you go from one child to the second, you know, you hear like horror stories, good stories of like, you know, children trying to work out the whole two people situation. But my brother was, he shared with me this story when little Florence was born. So Florence is a second child that he's had. And before Florence came along, everything was about Gus. He's first born, you know, Gus didn't know any different. No, no siblings around, mom and dad, all attention on himself. So they were trying to find out ways to prepare Gus for baby sister. And so they were trying all these things before and Gus would come and kiss his mum's tummy saying, that's my baby sister. And so the big moment came on birthday. And little

Florence was born into the world, which is really beautiful. And the family was all gathered in the

hospital room. So it was mom, dad, Gus and Flo. And throughout the day, you know, all these family members and friends

started visiting and, you know, they're all oaring and a-erring over Little Flo and Gus was joining

in. But as the time went on and Gus was noticing, wow, Little Florence is getting a lot

of attention. And he was kind of experiencing,

2:33.1

I think, being a little bit forgotten or unseen in the room. And Tom noticed that Gus at one point

just slowly walked over to the corner of the room and sat down with his back to everyone and folded

his arms. Oh, poor Gus. Tom, you know, kind of seeing what was going on, went over to Gus and sat down next and he said, you know, Gus, buddy, is everything okay? And Gus turned around, stood up, pointed at his mum's tummy and at Little Florence and said, pack her away. Which is exactly what he says to his toys when he's done with them. That's so funny. That's so cute.
