Summary

In this episode, I explain why your past isn’t holding you back—the meaning you give it is. I share six lessons that help you move from interference to alignment by auditing your influences, owning your energy, and reframing old stories into fuel for growth. When you replace blame with accountability, pressure with practice, and regret with learning, momentum returns. Your past becomes leverage when you let go of what drains you and commit to daily, aligned action. Change the meaning, and you change the future you’re creating. The first lesson in the relativity of the past is audit the influence.

0:07.4

Audit the influence internally and externally.

0:11.6

Remember that if we're not taking inventory and unexamined people in patterns,

0:18.0

both around us and within us, we quietly interfere with our energy, which most people

0:25.1

will define as draining energy. I believe the paradigm shift is that we are interfering with

0:30.5

an infinite amount of energy, intelligence, intuition, and inspiration, and we do it by what we

0:36.4

are surrounding ourselves with outside and inside of us.

0:40.0

And this allows us to steer our devotion and our decisions in an intentional way

0:45.5

by allowing us to do, say, think, feel, and believe accordingly.

0:50.8

Toxic people will train us to project these interferences onto others as well.

1:00.6

So it's creating more interference internally and exponentially externally as we blame, as we live in shame and justify the interference of toxicity of others.

1:15.6

Our ego, which edges good or growth or gold out of our lives, EGO, will train us to avoid

1:24.1

these interferences, these hard situations, events, people, and rooms.

1:31.1

This is what keeps us small.

1:34.0

This is what limits us in an unlimited infinite universe of a system of thought that's abundant

1:41.4

with more than enough of everything for everyone.

1:45.6

If we don't name the influences around us, if we don't look for the clues, the patterns,

1:53.1

it will become normalized and we will make the wrong choices. We will continue to exponentially

2:00.4

interfere or even accelerate in the wrong trajectory

2:03.5

in a disciplined way. In other words, get so busy working, you forget to make money.

2:09.9

It is our awareness that creates our first boundary. Awareness to the clues, awareness to the patterns,

2:20.4

and of course, awareness to the choices that we make as we audit the influence internally and externally.
