Because you, if you don't have a team,

you're only a solopreneur. And I can tell you that as a solopreneur, it just about killed me.

So I highly recommend moving from solopreneur to business owner to company owner.

And really getting yourself set up for leverage, for success,

for impact, for bringing your mission out there globally in a really big way, not to mention

all your cool fun programs and products and books and speaking and all that exciting stuff

that you want to do. But you are not going to be able to do that if you don't have an A plus team.

So here's all my tips on team leadership and team management. Number one, even the B players

will take you down. You have no idea how powerful mediocrity is.

I'm not even talking about like the negative Nellys that show up on your team and you're like,

who hired her? You know, it was me. And how did she get here and why desperate hires don't work?

But I'm telling you, even a B player will take you down. So you have to be so relentless and so clear on what your

company culture is and only hire on culture. Only hire the people that get your vision, that get you
