Hello, friends. Welcome to the Bright Morning podcast. I'm your host, Elena Aguilar. And in each podcast episode, you'll hear me demonstrate how you can lead conversations that builds connection and spark change. We are racing towards summer, which means the end of the school year is upon us.

possible note. So here's what you need to know about this roleplay demonstration. I am going to be facilitating

2:37.6

an end-of-year conversation with Ellen. In this roleplay, this is our first year working together,

2:45.6

but we've been meeting two times a month all year. Ellen is a middle school reading teacher. And this is the

2:55.2

first time that I've incorporated an end-of-year reflection into our work together, so you'll hear

3:01.6

me introduce what she can expect. Now, in this episode, you'll hear a portion of the conversation.
