O'Dell's got a great backstory. He's a former NBA agent. And like he represents NBA players and

has represented all of these players before. And and over the years and through his career,

he's built some amazing relationships with coaches. And he realized there was a need for professional

development in the coaching community to help coaches learn the skills that they need to go out

and take that next step in their career become go from an assistant to offensive coordinator

go from an assistant to a head coach he saw a lot of his friends getting held back but they

just didn't have the skills.

They had the X's and O's.

They knew how to call the plays,

and they knew how to coach the kids,

but they didn't have that next level of professional development

to get to the head coaching level.

So now,

O'Dell wants to go out and help sports coaches.
