And in each one, I'm going to tell you if there's that point or not. Okay, so we're going to

start up with R for research. It's important here to understand that the people you're pitching to

and the opportunity that is given, you have to understand them and the opportunity as much as

of knowing who is going to be in that room. So if you are going to be meeting clients,
