Versus 15 through 17 and I'll ask you if you're able to stand.

The Apostle Paul, by the Holy Spirit, is writing.

He says verse 15,

let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body,

you were called to peace and be thankful. Let, verse 16, the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another

with all wisdom through Psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude

in your hearts. And verse 17, whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God, the Father, through Him.

Would you pray with me as we ask God's blessing on our understanding?

Thank you. blessing on our understanding. Loving Heavenly Father, we're so thankful to you for your word in this portion that we have before us here this morning.

But Lord, we're also keenly aware that unless the Holy Spirit gets our attention and holds

our attention, we're going to miss what it is that you have for us here in your word. Lord, that's why we're here. We're

here because we hunger and thirst for you knowing only you can satiate that hunger and that

thirst that we have. So Lord, will you speak into our lives, in and through your word, we pray.
