But I've got a little of a burr in my saddle.

And in the car this morning, I'd seen some stuff on social media the last couple of days, and they kind of stacked on top of each other.

And I just want to do a quick little wake up call, little recalibration for some of you.

As I see a lot of stuff out there from thought leaders have a lot of people following them.

A lot of people listening to them.

And I see a lot of the same message, a lot about greatness, big great, live the great life, all this because I said, but I don't see anything behind that.

Now, I'm all about you being the best you can be.

That means you're doing great things.

You are contributing in a very significant fashion, and that is great.

That's awesome.

But this idea of just this empty, oh, I want to be great, I want to be great, I want to be great.

It just, if you're not careful, it'll get your mindset focused on a claim and platform building instead of influence.

And results.

Sometimes we lift people up because they have so many people listening to them and who know they are, but we get sucked into that idea.

And that's what real success is and it's not.

I'm not chasing that kind of success.
