Hello and welcome back to another episode of The Manifest podcast. It's always great to be here

with you. So today's episode is for anyone moving through a season of deep uncertainty,

the kind that pulls at your heart, that shakes

the ground beneath your feet, and asks you to keep showing up even when you can't see the path

ahead. I'm in one of those seasons right now myself. As many of you know, you may have seen my

Facebook or Instagram posts. And things are really shifting behind the scenes in

my life, things that I can't control, things that I wish were simpler, and moments where I feel

the weight of not knowing. And yet, I'm learning something really, really important. And that is,

you don't need clarity to keep going. You just need the willingness to stay

in motion. So today we're talking about how to keep showing up even when you don't know what's next,

not from a place of perfection, but from a place of presence. So I'm not going to dive in too much

to the details because it is a very complex

situation that's still unfolding legally and I want to be very mindful of all parties involved.

I say that, I say that to remind everyone that if I ever do share anything about my divorce or what's

happening, it's just from my own perspective. And I think, you know, I am human. And Thursday,

without a shadow of a doubt, was one of the hardest days that I have ever had to go through

in my nearly 25 years as a mother. I had to do something
