1:11.5	from the truth. Oh, there are those days when you wake up and you feel spiritual. That happens
1:16.5	occasionally, doesn't it? But most mornings, we fight against our own flesh and we're overcome with
1:22.6	our own inadequacies and weaknesses and what we have to deal with, it'll drain the life out of you.
1:28.7	I'm going to tell you today how to keep a happy heart. Would you like to know how to keep a happy
1:32.2	heart not just to get in a happy state for a few moments, but to keep your heart happy in Jesus.
1:38.3	The answer is found in our verse today in Psalm 146 in verse number five. It says this,
1:42.9	Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help,
1:48.3	whose hope is in the Lord His God.
