1:56.2	and what it really means. So normally when you hear the word turn key, you basically put the key in,
2:04.1	turn, open the door, and you can move in. Now, that's where this is coming from. You know,
2:09.1	realtors have said, oh, it's turnkey, and that's what it means. It basically means rent ready
