Yeah, we've been talking a little bit on Instagram.

I know you are crushing it in the multifamily space.

So for people who don't know who you are, can you give us your quick

backstory? Yeah, born and raised in San Diego, kind of grew up, son of a developer

builder. He was more in the new construction and homes and subdivision type stuff.

It's funny enough he actually built a ton of stuff out here in Vegas back in the late 90s early 2000s.

Okay.

And did very well, but then the financial crisis came along.

He had gone through three cycles and the fourth one, which was the financial crisis of 08,

took him down.

But that's kind of how I had learned real estate.

Got it.

He came through multifamily and apartments and stuff, mainly through that a little bit.

But my dad was always really good at building things and selling things,

building things and selling things. selling things so his income would

mimic real estate cycles got it he'd make a ton of money but then he was very good

at losing a lot of money too okay but at the end of the day know, he did very well over his career. It's just I I need to sleep a little bit better at night. Yeah. And so having the multi-family apartments and the steady cash flow and being a little less I guess risky was kind of my focus.

Got it. Okay so when did you start real estate? I've been in multifamily. I mean I came kind of long story sure but you know I was a realtor coming out of the financial crisis so I was working with companies doing construction development all the way up until the financial crisis.
