with Jerome Maldonado, he's a self-employed entrepreneur. He's done a lot of stuff. I can't wait

to hear all about his story, but just very, very quickly. He started multiple businesses. He's

invested in multiple areas of real estate. He's purchased multi-use retail,

commercial property, houses, businesses. He's the Renaissance man of real estate and in business.

Yeah, yeah. So let's rewind the tape and tell us how you got started and what you're doing today.

Yeah. So I got started in traditional business. I never had really considered myself a real estate guy until recent years.

I invested in real estate in 1998 for misfortunes that I had in

business, right? I just wanted an asset that would stabilize my life and have something that I could

have as far as rental income. But I started off in network marketing and direct sales. I got really good at

selling at a very young age. I had a good mentor. And things kind of went south on us in
