1:02.4	the dividend stock investing strategy that I utilize.

1:08.6	The purpose of building a dividend portfolio is to produce an income producing portfolio.
1:15.0	It's not to beat the market because an index fund can typically beat out what a portfolio of dividend stocks can do,
