Morning, on my way to day two Pennsylvania Easton, good group of folks here.

And I get this question all the time I said you know let me just do a video on

and address it because a lot of the questions that happen on the brakes we try to

record that and then show it to everybody because it provides a lot of value so this

is one that's been an ongoing theme for about two weeks for me people have been

asked me this one and it, I work at an agency that like, nobody's ever really been proactive, they're productive, and they're not like against it, but they've never seen it.

So when you come to a two day course like mine

or one of the other proactive courses that we teach,

you know, you're gonna be very eager to go out

and do police work. You're gonna get exposed to what real police work looks like.

You're very eager.

You're going to understand that you have the essential tools

you need to go out and employ these tactics

and have great results.

But then you're going to hit that brick wall when you go back and you start doing things

have never been seen before here, right?

Unorthodox police work.

The reality is, is it's not unorthodox police work, It's very orthodox when you're looking to have results.
