Hey, good morning. Let me ask you a question. Are you stressed? If you are, let me give you some advice that a mentor gave to me one time when I met him for dinner, all spun up and stressed out.

Here's what he said to me. These four steps. Number one, just do the shh stuff you've been putting off.

Number two, don't take yourself so damn serious. Number three, stop trying to control everything, you freak.

And number four, just do what you can.

Accept what you can and move the hell on.

This particular mentor had a colorful way of putting things.

So after you hear those four steps, do you feel better? I know I do every single

time. So here's the action that I want you to take today. Jot down what's stressing you out.

And then apply the above formula. And oh, friggin' breathe. Here's the great news. None of this

really matters.

Even just 20 years from now, you won't remember a single thing about what you're so stressed out about right now.

It really doesn't matter.

Don't let things that don't ultimately matter in the future disrupt what's important in the present. This moment, this morning, right now. Now is what

matters.
