It is taking off.

Inflation is heating up heating up heating up and the reason that we've got to talk about

this today is because some of you have leveled up in your job.

We've got 30 million Americans have changed their jobs in the last seven months and they're

all getting paid more but that paycheck doesn't stretch as far as it used to.

I mean six months ago let's practically dive right into this.
