That's one of my favorite topics.

And what is Kaizen?

Kaizen is a Japanese word, but it means constant and never-ending improvement.

It's the idea of improving just a little bit, a little bit, a little bit, a little bit,

but every day, like just very gradual improvements, very small improvements, building, building,

building, a little improvement, the next day, a little improvement, and so each day feels

very small, but over longer periods of time, right?

So after a year, for example, you, these little, little, little improvements, they, they

grow and they grow, they add together to make very big improvements.

So that's what, that's the idea of Kaizen, okay?
