So anyway, welcome back to the podcast. This is a very special recording that I did at the end of December 2003 and the story behind this is that I went to two events in the USA this year that was around bigger pockets Pockets and Host Kong.

And at this event, there was a chap called Nick Gray.

And Nick Gray was talking about cocktail parties

and how to host a two-hour cocktail party.

I was fascinated by this guy. I loved his talks, such an engaging

chap and while I was at the event I downloaded the book, listened to it also, what a Reddit

on the plane on the way back and then I went and got the print version

Two weeks after flying back I was hosting the big bash and I instantly implemented the Nick formula into the Bash. And in this episode of the Boosted
