checking out older episodes, you know, at this point, anywhere from 2015 to 2017,

sometimes even 2018, 2019, but this one, specifically from 2017.

And don't worry, the information is not outdated.

It's funny how when we go to Google, and I'm guilty of this, by the way,

you search something on Google and you want something that's the most up-to-date information.

Now, of course, if you're googling something maybe about your iPhone or some sort of technological issue,

yeah, you want the most up-to-date answer there because that makes the most sense.

But even when there's something like maybe for working out or something that's not time-sensitive,

we still want the most updated piece of information.

But let me tell you, there are some gems out there,

especially the one that you're going to listen to today, this episode.

There's gems of information that get put out all the time and are still very quality pieces of content

and things that you're going to be learning from.

So today's episode, we are talking about how to handle a casual relationship.
