How's it going, everybody?

Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we use positivity to build a better mindset.

This is your host, Henry, and I hope everybody is having a great Tuesday morning if you're listening to this as it goes live.

If not, if you're just listening to it on another day, I hope your day is going very well.

And you have a few minutes to kind of just set

aside and slow down, get your mind right or keep your mind right. You know, if you're already

in the zone and you're having a good flow this morning, then we just want to keep that positivity

rolling and making sure that we're accomplishing everything that we want to accomplish

together, you know, where everybody we know knows abundance and happiness and, you know,

that doesn't mean there won't be struggle, but that we're able to see our way through the

struggles and come out on the other side, you know, more experienced,

more wiser, and, of course, positive. So we're going to just go ahead and do our quick,

deep breath to get us zeroed in, and then we'll dive into the podcast for today. So go

ahead and just breathe in and hold it.

And now, you know, the more I do it, I feel like I can, I more air and hold it longer and, you know, just from the exercise.

So I think what I might do is just start going longer and longer on those, just to test everyone that's listening to see if they're doing it too.
