So today we are going to talk about how to hire a community manager.

But first and foremost, what do we mean by community manager?

Community manager is someone who manages your community, whether you have following on

social profiles like Instagram or Facebook, and they help manage the community or your

blog where they're interacting with people, whether you have a form.

So community manager goes in there, keeps a conversation alive, make sure people are

getting the help they need, answering any comments, deleting spam, dealing with those

trolls in the community who are just taking people off.

But what they do is they just keep the community organized, clean, and active.
