Mitch has been a great leader in sub 2 for several years bro you when did you join

sub 2 when do you join our community so you and i actually met at a dinner in

january of 2020 yep before we launched with uh matt larsen eric sage stratton probably about eight to

ten people um and i joined in early i think it was january 2021 somewhere right around there okay then I did

mastermind in 22 and then also Gator so you've done a ton of deals with a lot of

people in our community a lot of people rely on you you're an OG you've known

real estate for a long time done a lot of creative finance deals both

single family multifamily everything in between.

You come from a real estate background to a certain degree, right?

Your parents were in real estate as well.

You know, actually my brother-in-law,

my sister and their family were actually in real estate.

So I didn't come from money.

I came from nothing, actually.
