This is not a dead religion of serving a statue or a deity that is somewhere out there but does not interact with us

Jesus interacts with us so the proof that he's alive is that interaction especially

the fact that he speaks but the level the another level of the proof of hearing

God is the proof of life is it proves our relationship with him see when when we have a relationship

with jesus jesus says in john chapter 10 my sheep hear my voice and i know them and they follow me

i give them eternal life and they shall never perish neither shall anyone snatch them out of my hand

my sheep hear my voice if

you're a believer in Jesus Christ if you're a Christian you should be hearing the

voice of God and if you're not hearing the voice of God I want that to be of

concern to you okay and I'm gonna talk to you about how to hear God here in just a

minute but Jesus said my sheep hear my voice when I

got saved the day I got saved at 19 you know I'd been very rebellious and

very immoral and and just a bad person but five minutes after I got saved I

heard the Lord say to me never see your friends again I mean and you say well

how did you hear that I didn't hear it with these ears I heard it inside of my heart but it was it was clear the Lord was

saying to me never see your friends again and two weeks later after I'd gotten

saved Karen and I got married a week after I got saved and so a week later

after we had gotten married the Lord called me into the ministry and I was sitting in the

backyard and I don't know how to describe it but I saw myself preaching I saw myself from the back

preaching to a multitude of people again God was speaking to me in another way but God unmistakably

called me into the ministry and changed my life forever.
