| 1:31.8 | is to do nothing. Yes, literally do nothing. Allow yourself to just be and allow that to be okay. As a woman, sometimes we feel like we just always have to be doing something. |

| 2:36.7 | drinking it and feeling the warmth of it within my body, maybe going outside and looking around and looking at people or looking in the sky and just |
| 2:47.4 | taking in the moment, taking in the day, feeling the coldness, if it's a cold day and just enjoying all the flavors and the cream and all of that with my coffee and just making it an experience. |
