And so that is why this is about hard conversations. I believe that it is probably the number one skill that anyone can have as a CEO or as a business owner,

or even as an executive or an operator of a company.

And I also believe that it is the most valuable skill

that I have currently.

And so this is the first of many that I want to make

on having hard conversations,

because it is the thing that is most asked of me.

And it's actually right now in the position

I'm in in the company where I still add the most value

is being able to have those tactful hard conversations with people.
