Eight out of 10 people would be there.

Now we plan things in my advance.

I'm so excited because today we are talking about how important friendships are.

And you are going to get to hear from two of my very best friends in real life,

Jenny death ridge and Sarah Kirkland.

And we're going to talk about what makes a friendship great and how to make it happen in your life.

But first, let's just talk about the importance of friendships.

Now here's the thing, friendships are one of those things that I think to be honest,

I take for granted.

I have always loved having a lot of friends and seeking those friendships out.

A lot of my friends today, our friends that I've had since college.

One of my very best friends has been my friend since third grade.

So I love making friends and keeping friends, but the reality is,

you don't always have the opportunity to keep your friends through your whole life.

Maybe you've moved.

Maybe you've been in a different life stage.
