0:05.1	newsletter is going to be how to handle no contact with a coworker or somebody that is in your
0:12.4	social circle that you see a lot. I've seen this question quite a bit over the years and comments
0:18.0	and emails and so I thought I'd do a video just to address this specific
0:22.5	issue because that happens to a lot of guys so he brings up I've got an email here this guy's 24
0:29.7	he's from the UK he was seeing a co-worker everything was going great and then he got friend zoned at
0:36.2	work but this is a woman he sees every day and apparently I guess she's done this to many other guys.
0:42.6	So I got a quote that I wrote, and then we'll go through his email.
0:46.8	Because it's hard to go in no contact with somebody where you see him every day, or maybe you work together.
0:51.9	And I've seen husbands and wives or boyfriend girlfriend that work together and
0:56.8	things go sideways. Now I've got to see each other all the time. So this is a tricky situation.
1:02.7	So the quote says, if you were dating a coworker or someone in your social circle who dumped or tried
1:09.0	friend zoning you politely decline their platonic relationship
1:13.4	offer and tell them to get in touch if they ever change their mind then go about your life to meet and
1:18.1	date new romantic prospects if you see them smile wave and then go about your business but don't go
1:25.3	out of your way to talk to them. Treat them like someone you
1:29.2	are bored of and tired of being around. You'll be kind and respectful, but won't give any more of
1:36.9	your time and attention than necessary to be polite without being rude. That's the important thing.

1:53.2	Instead, talk to other members of the opposite sex with enthusiasm and focused attention.
2:00.1	In other words, put your attention elsewhere on the people who are excited to have it.
