Dominator. Here we go. Okay. Okay, so today we're going to we're going to continue our conversation about the

meeting killers and how to deal with them and talk specifically about the

dominator right but before we start we ought to tell folks we have a special

guest today we do our good friend Mark Granger a managing director of Credit

Suisse the Investment Bank here in Manhattan.

We're very excited, Mark's here and what we're going to do on this cast, we're drawing

something different. Mike and I are going to do on this cast we're drawing something different.

And at the end of the cast, we're going to have a little discussion with Mark about his experience

with manager tools, both as an individual manager and executive, and also in terms of his role at Credit Suisse with the

organization. So Mike's gonna, Mark's gonna sit quietly for a little bit, sitting

about two feet from us. Have we ever done this before? No, I don't think anybody's ever

listening on a cast. Oh yeah, yeah, we did at a conference one time. We recorded it. Oh, that's right in San Jose.

Which is a lot of fun. Okay, good. But not in the kind of intimate statement.
