Good morning, everyone, and welcome back to another mornings with the masters where we

devote ourselves to the Lord, daily with you. Good morning, you guys. Good morning, indeed.

We're picking up with a new devotional in the Bible. I've titled When Disappointment Strikes.

So if prepare your disappointments because they will, you will be refreshed after this

one. Prepare your disappointments. We all have disappointments. My coffee right now is a little

bit cold. I'm kind of disappointed by it. I just took a sip and it was bitterly cold.

It did not feel like a warm hug. It didn't. And that's, I'm disappointed in that. So hopefully

this devotional helps me because we know, or hopefully this devotional helps me and hopefully

it helps you too. Anyways, there's a link to that in the description. If you guys want to fall

along with us, and as always, I'm going to read the scripture then Tori's going to pick up the

scripture. The scripture is Genesis, chapter 37, verses 26 through 36. And they say this,

Judas said to his brothers, what will we gain by killing our brother? We'd have to cover up

the crime. Instead of hurting him, let's sell him to those Ishmaelite traders. After all,

he is our brother, our own flesh and blood. And all his brothers agreed. So in the Ishmaelites

who were midnight traders came by, Joseph's brothers pulled him out of the sister and sold him

to them for 20 pieces of silver. And the traders took him to Egypt. Sometime later, Ruben returned

to get Joseph out of the sister when he discovered that Joseph was missing. He tore his clothes

and grief. Then he went back to his brothers and lamented, the boy is gone. What will I do now?

Then the brothers killed a young goat and dipped Joseph's robe in the blood. They sent the beautiful

robe to their father with this message. Look at what we found. Doesn't this robe belong to your son?

Their father recognized it immediately. Yes, he said, it is my son's robe. A wild animal must

have eaten him. Joseph has clearly been torn to pieces. Then Jacob tore his clothes and dressed
